Thank you for your recent order from Perfec-Tone. The Perfec-Tone family appreciate that you’ve put your skincare in our hands. We promise our products will have your skin glowing and your smile beaming.
Perfec-Tone has traditionally been a locally-owned and operated company here in the Bahamas – until now. We’ve recently expanded into international waters, but we’ve never received the amount of attention that we’ve received over the last few weeks.
Unfortunately, we weren’t prepared for all the love that our amazing customers have shown us since then! We know that many of you have placed orders recently that are still on back order. We’re sorry for that. We didn’t have the processes in place or the product on hand to fulfill the massive influx of orders we’ve received over the last few weeks, but we are committed to making sure every one of you gets the Perfec-Tone products you ordered.
Here’s what Perfec-Tone is doing to make sure you get your Perfec-Tone products as soon as possible and that you never wait this long again:
- Every order received before October 6th has either been shipped or will be sent out on Monday, October 21st.
- Orders placed after that date will start being shipped out to our amazing customers (that includes you!) by this Friday. Perfec-Tone has partnered with a fulfillment company to help expedite that process. Don’t worry; Perfec-Tone still makes our skincare products ourselves, with the same love and care we’ve always put in. We’ve just found someone with more expertise in order fulfillment to help us get you your orders faster.
- We’re upgrading our phone system to handle higher call volume. You’ll be able to call us and get a response whenever you need to chat
- We’re welcoming ten new people to our customer service team, because we are committed to helping you glow. Our ten new Perfect-Tone team members are looking forward to answering your phone calls, emails, and social media messages. They’re here to answer your questions, no matter how you send them to us.
Again, thank you for your patience. Unfortunately, choosing express shipping doesn’t change the fact that our products are still on back order. Please expect your order to arrive in a single shipment.
