Clarifying Gel: The Clarifying Gel gives me a stinging sensation. How can I prevent this?
The stinging sensation can be caused due to the exposure of newer, sensitive skin. If you are experiencing sensitivity, try applying by tapping/patting product onto skin and allow to absorb. Use the Miracle Moisturizer to alleviate discomfort and fully regenerate the skin.
Clarifying Gel: My Clarifying Gel is separating, what can I do?
Separation is normal when the product is not used for some time. Please store the Clarifying Gel in the fridge and shake it frequently when in use to receive full benefits of this product.
Resurfacing Crème: Is it normal for my skin to peel and become discolored?
Yes, it is. Discoloration is temporary as the dead skin flakes away and the newer skin is revealed. Irritation (slight tingling sensation) may occur to newly revealed skin and on sensitive areas of your face. To alleviate discomfort and irritation, use this product with our Revitalizing Serum.

Yes, it is still working. It means that all the dead, damaged or textured skin has been removed and the product is now working to treat your skin from the inside out.

My skin dramatically changed in the 3 months since I’ve started using this product. My acne is completely gone and I now just have minor breakouts. The clarifying gel is a little harsh, but as long as you have a good moisturizer you won’t need to buy anything but perfect tone! Highly recommend the spot treatment, I’ve only just started using it bc I was waiting for all the acne to clear and it’s already working so fast!

I have tried everything (trust me) and I have been dealing with acne for years. I am currently 24 years old and my acne continue to get worse until finally I discovered this product. I can literally see the difference in two weeks and I will continue to use this product because it is the only thing that has brought me beautiful results. I’ve gotten compliments and I have seen that my skin is truly glowing. This is legit and I attach photos and videos below and even though I look rough LOL you guys can see the difference. The clarifying gel works wonders for my acne! My skin is acne prone and wearing these masks don’t help, ever since I started using it my skin looks clear, if I get pimples they disappear quick! The results are amazing and I’ve only been using it for 3 months! Can’t wait to see what my skin looks like after a year of using these products

Decent product, but customer service for back orders and refunds for cancellations due to said back orders is HORRIBLE.
I still haven't received an update on my refund. As of this post (March 2023), it has now been nearly 8 months since I've requested for the order to be cancelled and refund issued. I cannot say how disappointing it is to have to wait this long.
I've sent several emails, called, and followed-up numerous times. Below is the most response that I have received. Crickets since then.
Jan 25, 2023 - "your refund request was submitted to our accounts department. We usually process refunds in the order they are received, and once your order has been refunded, we will contact you to let you know. Please accept our sincere apologies and bear with us."
Here's the initial response from Oct 2022 (after 2 months of waiting for a response):
"We are so disappointed that you want to cancel and refund your order - not in your request, but in ourselves, for the experience we have created that led to your request. I have submitted your refund request for [Order #n] to our Accounts department, and a representative will update you on the processing time for your cases as soon as possible. Please note that processing time is determined according to when the request is received."

The products work fabulously on. Y skin. However, being able to reorder products consistently has been a huge problem. I'm currently waiting on an order that I paid for back in June (which was supposedly scheduled to ship out in June from a pre-order. I have called multiple times and only been able to speak to someone twice. I asked for a refund and was told that the supervisor would call me back (that was a month ago). I love ❤️️ the products but if I can't get them regularly then I'm wasting my time and money trying to re-repair my skin after waiting too long to get more products. Can I please have my money back? Please and Thanks 🤷🏽♀️🤦🏽♀️😒
