Delivery Policy

Orders are processed within 1–2 business days. Delivery may occur on weekends, but shipping does not occur on weekends unless it is peak season.

Domestic Shipping (USA)

  • Free Ground Shipping: delivers in approximately 3–5 business days.
  • FedEx 2-Day: $9.99 for orders under $100, free for orders $100+ (after discounts, before taxes).

International Shipping (Passport)

We use Passport for international deliveries and offer discounted shipping options at checkout, including duties and taxes handling:

  • DDP (Prepaid Duties & Taxes): pay at checkout for faster, smoother delivery.
  • DAP (Unpaid Duties & Taxes): pay upon arrival. This may delay delivery if payment is required before release.
  • Multiple service levels are available depending on your destination.

Weekend & Peak Season

  • Carriers may deliver on weekends in some areas.
  • We do not ship on weekends, except during peak season when carriers may operate extended schedules.

Tracking

When your order ships, you will receive a tracking link by email or SMS. Tracking updates may take up to 24 hours after the first scan.

Customs & Import Fees (International)

  • If you choose DDP, duties and taxes are collected at checkout.
  • If you choose DAP, you are responsible for duties and taxes upon delivery. Carriers or customs may hold the package until payment is made, which may delay delivery.

Address Accuracy

Please verify your shipping address at checkout. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can cause delays or returns to sender.

Missed, Delayed, or Lost Deliveries

  • If tracking shows “Delivered” but you cannot locate the package, check with neighbors or building staff and confirm your address.
  • International deliveries can be delayed by customs inspections or local carrier backlogs.
  • If you believe your order is lost or significantly delayed, contact us and we will help investigate with the carrier or Passport.

Note: Business days are Monday to Friday, excluding U.S. holidays. Transit times begin after your order has shipped.
