Shipping & Delivery

The short version

  • Free US shipping on orders $75 and over. Under $75, standard shipping is $9.99.
  • Standard delivery takes about 4 to 8 business days once your order ships.
  • Need it faster? FedEx 2-Day is $19.99 and arrives in 2 business days.
  • We pack and ship in-stock orders within 1 to 2 business days. Preorders follow the expected shipping date shown when you order. If an order includes a preorder item, all items ship together when the preorder is ready.

The $75 threshold is calculated after any discounts and before taxes.

International Shipping

We ship to the United States, Canada, the United Kingdom, and the other international destinations available at checkout. If your country is not offered at checkout, we are not able to ship there at this time.

Customs & Import Fees

Orders shipped to Canada and the United Kingdom are sent Delivered Duty Paid (DDP). Any applicable duties and import taxes are calculated and shown at checkout and included in your order total, so you will not be asked to pay anything further when your order is delivered.

For other international destinations, duties and import taxes that are not collected at checkout are the customer's responsibility and may be charged by the carrier or local customs on delivery.

Processing & Weekends

  • Orders are packed and shipped within 1 to 2 business days.
  • We do not ship on weekends, except during peak season when carriers run extended schedules.
  • Carriers may still deliver on weekends in some areas.
  • Transit estimates begin after your order ships, not when you place it.

Tracking

You will receive a tracking link by email or SMS as soon as your order ships. Tracking can take up to 24 hours to update after the first carrier scan, so a quiet first day is normal.

Address Accuracy

Check your shipping address before paying. Incorrect or incomplete addresses can delay delivery or cause a return; reshipping may cost extra.

Missed, Delayed or Lost Deliveries

  • If tracking says delivered but you cannot find the package, check with neighbours and building staff, confirm the address on your order, and review any security footage before contacting us.
  • If your package is genuinely lost or badly delayed, contact us and we will chase it with the carrier.
  • Adding shipping insurance at checkout covers lost, stolen and damaged packages, and makes replacement much faster.
