Master esthetician Lila Pinder founded Perfec-Tone in Nassau in 1980, focusing on hyperpigmentation, post-acne marks and scarring.
Today, the Perfec-Tone Skin Studio continues that work in Nassau, alongside our international product business.
The work is still hands-on care for each client's skin. That is what we hire for.

What The Job Actually Involves.
You will see the result
You will see clients return for ongoing care and help them review their progress.
You will be trained properly
Our estheticians are licensed, our protocols are documented, and onboarding includes clinical-skincare training.

You will take ownership of your work, make decisions, and see how your contribution helps the team.

Roles We Recruit For.
Openings change. The live list is always on our job board, but these are the kinds of roles we hire.
- Skin Magicians and estheticians for our Skin Studio in Nassau. Licensed, client-facing, hands on skin every day.
- Client care and Glow Agents. The people who answer at 9am when someone is worried about peeling on day 12.
- Retail and customer operations at our Skin Studio in The Bahamas and on our online team.
- Marketing, e-commerce and operations, some remote, supporting the brand across the US, Canada, the UK, the Caribbean and Africa.
