In 1980, master esthetician Lila Pinder started treating the skin concerns the industry had largely ignored: hyperpigmentation, post-acne marks and scarring, particularly on deeper skin tones where marks sit longest and fade slowest.
Forty-six years later that clinic is still running in Nassau, and the products we sell in the US, Canada, the UK, the Caribbean and Africa come from the same patented Restoration System she built there.
The work still runs through real people treating real skin. That is what we hire for.

What The Job Actually Involves.
You will see the result
Skincare is one of the few jobs where you watch the outcome arrive on someone's face. Clients come back at day 30 and you can see whether the work landed. That is rare, and it keeps people here.
You will be trained properly
Our estheticians are licensed and our protocols are documented step by step. Nobody is handed a bottle and told to figure it out. If you are new to clinical skincare, that is what onboarding is for.
It is a small company
Your work is visible and your decisions carry. That means more ownership than a large brand would give you, and less anonymity if something slips. Both are true, and we would rather say so up front.
The clients are the point
People arrive having tried everything, often embarrassed about their skin. How you speak to someone in that state matters as much as the treatment. We hire for that as seriously as for technical skill.
Roles We Recruit For.
Openings change. The live list is always on our job board, but these are the kinds of roles we hire.
- Skin Magicians and estheticians for the Nassau clinic. Licensed, client-facing, hands on skin every day.
- Client care and Glow Agents. The people who answer at 9am when someone is worried about peeling on day 12.
- Retail and store operations across our Bahamas and US locations.
- Marketing, e-commerce and operations, some remote, supporting the brand across the US, Canada, the UK, the Caribbean and Africa.
