Perfec-Tone Return, Refund & Exchange Policy

We understand that skincare is personal — and sometimes a product just isn’t the right match. That’s why we offer a hassle-free 60-day return window to make sure you feel confident about your purchase.

Return Eligibility

Non-Refundable Items: Gift cards, discounted products, and sale items are non-refundable unless otherwise stated on the product page.

Please note: Shipping and handling fees are non-refundable. Refunds may be issued as store credit at our discretion.

How to Start a Return

  1. Visit our Return Portal.
  2. Provide a brief reason for the return (especially for opened products).
  3. If returning an opened product, a Glow Agent consultation may be offered first.
  4. Ship your return within 60 days of initiation.
  5. Once received and inspected, refunds or exchanges are processed within 5–10 business days.

Insured Packages (Lost, Stolen, or Damaged)

If you added shipping insurance at checkout, your package is protected. This insurance covers lost, stolen, or damaged deliveries. To file a claim, contact hello@perfec-tone.com.

Approved Claims

  • Delivery scan is over 48 hours old and the package has not arrived
  • Visible shipping damage
  • No tracking movement for 5+ days (economy) or 3+ days (express)

Denied Claims

  • Repeated or suspicious claims
  • Evidence that contradicts the claim

All claims are reviewed at Perfec-Tone’s discretion.

Exchanges

If you’re unsatisfied, we’ll gladly exchange your item within 7 days of delivery as shown on your tracking.

  • Items must be unused, unpumped, unaltered, and in original packaging.
  • No exchanges on sale or clearance items.

How It Works

  1. Contact a Glow Agent within 7 days for an exchange authorization.
  2. Return the product within 7 days of authorization.
  3. Once received in original condition, we’ll process your exchange or issue store credit if out of stock.

Note: Shipping fees are non-refundable and customers are responsible for return shipping costs.

International Orders

If you ordered outside the United States, you may return the product in-store (if applicable) or gift it to someone in need. Depending on refund reasoning and order patterns, future online orders may be restricted for fraud prevention.

Before Delivery Refunds

You can cancel your order before fulfillment.

  1. Refuse the delivery and ask the courier to “Return to Sender.”
  2. Once received and inspected, we’ll refund your original payment method within 5–10 business days.

Shipping Status Issues

Missing Products in Shipment

If items are missing, we will reship them at our expense after verification.

Shipments Marked Delivered but Not Received

Please check with neighbors, your mailbox, or any security footage, and confirm the shipping address. Perfec-Tone is not responsible for packages lost after carrier delivery confirmation.

Lost in Transit Shipments

If a package is confirmed lost by the courier, we will re-ship via an alternate carrier.

Delayed Shipments

Refunds are only available for shipments confirmed as lost. Delays from peak seasons, pre-orders, incorrect addresses, or weather are not refundable.

Pre-Orders

Pre-orders are treated as discounted purchases and are not eligible for refunds unless shipping exceeds 90 days from purchase.

Treatment Refunds

All service payments are non-refundable. Payments are for treatments performed, not guaranteed outcomes.

In-Store Returns

For purchases made at a Perfec-Tone retail location, bring the product, your original receipt, and a valid government-issued ID. Our in-store return policy aligns with our online policy.

If the desired product is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit. Refunds are processed to the original payment method. If unavailable, store credit is provided.

Third-Party Payments & Chargebacks

Third-Party Processors: For AfterPay, Affirm, Shop Pay, or PayPal Pay in 4, approved refunds are applied to your active payment schedule.
