My Clarifying Gel is separating. What can I do?
If the product sits for some time, it may separate due to the paraben and natural formulation. This separation does not affect the product's potency and will be back to normal after a little shake.
Clarifying Gel gives me a stinging sensation. How can I prevent this?

The product's potency may cause a stinging sensation during initial usage when using products like the Resurfacing Crème, Refining Crème, or the Spot Treatment. The retinol in the products causes exfoliation and exposes glowing newer. This new skin tends to be sensitive, especially if this is your first-time exfoliating. 

 

To alleviate this sensitive feeling, give your skin a break for 1-3 days to allow your new skin to increase in strength. This sensitivity may happen with new customers who have never used powerful products before. Use products like Miracle Moisturizer and Revitalizing Serum to prevent the sensitivity or to regenerate your skin faster for optimal results.

Can I use it with any other products?
Yes. This product is an excellent part of your cleansing regimen and can pair with any product in your skincare routine.
How long do I use this product?
The Clarifying Gel is a great product to use as a part of your daily nighttime cleansing routine. Daily usage keeps breakouts away, pores smaller, and skin cleaner.
Can I use it during pregnancy?
Yes, our Clarifying Gel is entirely safe to use during pregnancy. It provides extra protection against the effects that pregnancy may have on your skin.
Will I experience peeling while using this product?
You may experience short-term removal of damaged skin during your first couple of uses if you have never exfoliated before. Lactic acid, like Salicylic acid, provides light exfoliation. However, Lactic acid also puts moisture back into your skin.
Can I use it during laser treatments or with medications?
We recommend you verify with your specialist if you are planning to use it right after having treatment. This product is entirely safe to use while taking oral medications.
