It is a support serum for hydration, bounce and a smoother, more even-looking finish.
When should I notice a difference?
Results vary with your skin, the concern and your routine. Take progress photos in similar lighting and follow the product directions. There is no guaranteed deadline. For questions about how your skin looks, send a Glow Agent a photo and the products you use. If your skin is worsening, stop the product rather than continuing just to reach a milestone. Burning, raw skin, swelling or other significant symptoms need prompt medical advice. Get that advice right away; you do not need to wait or ask our permission first.
Can I use it in the morning?
Yes. Evening is the main use, but morning application is fine when you want extra hydration.
Can I use it with Resurfacing Crème or Spot Treatment?
Yes. Apply Revitalizing Serum first, then use the one corrective course you are following. Never use Resurfacing Crème and Spot Treatment on the same day.
What should I do if my skin reacts?
Stop using the product if you develop persistent burning, raw skin, a rash, swelling or worsening symptoms. Do not push through a reaction or restart automatically. Seek prompt medical advice for significant or persistent symptoms, without waiting or asking our permission first, and urgent care for breathing problems or severe swelling. Contact hello@perfec-tone.com with the product and your routine so a Glow Agent can help with product questions. If a reaction appears within 24 hours of first use, report it within 48 hours of first use so the team can review a refund or replacement.
Is it suitable for sensitive skin?
It is designed to be gentle, but very reactive skin should patch test and begin every other evening.
