The Hyperpigmentation Starter Kit: What's Inside and What Happens in 30 Days
By Arron Pinder ·
The Hyperpigmentation Starter Kit is three products and one routine: a cleanser, a gel and a night crème, plus the instructions that make them work together. It is what we start almost every new client on, whether they walk into the Nassau studio or order from home, because it covers the three jobs a dark mark needs done and nothing it does not.
Key takeaways
- Inside: Exfoliating Cleanser, Clarifying Gel and Resurfacing Crème. That is the full routine, not a sampler.
- First order is $80.18 with code NEWCUSTOMER25.
- Change by day 3, most of the visible difference by day 14, and 94% of clients who complete the full protocol as directed reach their goal by day 30.
- 60-day guarantee. Unopened, full refund. Opened, 100% store credit or 75% back and you keep the products.
What is in the kit, and what each one does
- Exfoliating Cleanser. Salicylic acid with green tea and aloe. Clears the dead surface layer sitting over your marks so the other two products reach the skin. Morning and night, pea-sized, 30 to 60 seconds.
- Clarifying Gel. Treats active breakouts across the whole face so they stop making new marks. 2 pumps, morning and night, left to dry 1 to 2 minutes.
- Resurfacing Crème. Retinol. Speeds up cell turnover so pigmented cells clear and marks fade. 5 pumps at night, 14 nights on, 3 nights off.
What is not in the kit is Refining Crème, the morning SPF step. We keep it separate so you can add it if you do not already have a sunscreen you trust. If you do not, get it: nothing in the kit works against daily sun exposure.
Who it is for
Dark marks from breakouts, uneven tone, and breakouts that keep leaving marks behind. If that is your skin, start here. If you have five or fewer stubborn marks and no active acne, Spot Treatment alone may be enough. If your marks are years old or your texture has not moved with anything, the in-studio Restoration System does more, faster.
Your first 30 days
- Days 1 to 7. Cleanser and gel morning and night. Patch test Resurfacing Crème on your arm, then use it every other night. By day 3 you can see it: breakouts settling, marks beginning to fade.
- Days 8 to 21. Full 14-night Resurfacing Crème cycle. Peeling for 4 to 7 days is normal here, heaviest around the nose, chin and mouth. Do not pick. By day 14 most of the visible change has happened.
- Days 22 to 24. Three nights off the crème. Cleanser and gel continue.
- Days 25 to 30. Next cycle begins. The new surface settles.
Tingling, dryness and flaking are normal. Burning, raw skin and swelling are not. See what's normal and what's not.
Why three products and not one
A dark mark needs new pigment slowed, existing pigment cleared, and the surface kept clear so the actives reach it. One product does one of those. That is why single serums plateau and why people give up at week three. The kit does all three from day one, in an order that cannot go wrong.

Frequently asked questions
Do I need to buy Refining Crème as well?
You need daily SPF. Refining Crème provides it and moisturises in one step, but if you already have a sunscreen you use every morning, you can start with the kit alone.
How long does the kit last?
Roughly the first 30-day cycle at the directed amounts. Most people reorder the cleanser and gel first since those are used twice daily.
Can I use the kit on my body?
Yes, on the neck, chest, back, arms and legs, with a longer timeline since body skin renews more slowly. Take extra care on thin areas like the underarms.
What if it does not work for me?
Sixty-day guarantee. Unopened products are refunded in full. Opened products get 100% store credit or 75% back, and you keep them.
