Perfec-Tone Before and After: Real Clients, Real Timelines
By Arron Pinder ·
These are real clients, photographed in the same light, with no filters and no retouching. I am showing them because a before-and-after tells you more in two seconds than a page of copy does, and because so much of what circulates online is fabricated that I want you to see what genuine results look like, including how long they took.
Key takeaways
- Every photo here is a real client, shown with their permission. Nothing is generated or edited.
- By day 3 you see change. By day 14, most of it. By day 30, 94% of clients who complete the full protocol as directed reach their skin goal.
- Older marks and texture keep improving over 8 to 12 weeks, and scarring over 3 to 6 months.
- Every result below came from the same routine you can start at home with the starter kit, or in the Nassau studio.
The results

Olive. Dark marks and uneven tone. Thirty days on Resurfacing Crème. Same person, same light, day 1 and day 30.

Mikaela. Dark spots across the cheeks and forehead. In her words: "I cleared my dark spots for good."

Shantal. Severe post-inflammatory hyperpigmentation across the forehead and cheek. This is the harder end of what the routine treats.

Karizma. Active breakouts, redness and the marks they leave behind, cleared together rather than one at a time. Clarifying Gel for the acne, Resurfacing Crème for the marks.

Chantel. Dullness and blotchy tone from dead surface skin, evened out over one full cycle.

Open pores, blackheads and active breakouts alongside the marks. This is what the first two weeks of the routine, the reset, is built for.

Eryqa. Dark spots and uneven tone. Thirty days with the full Perfec-Tone routine.
What every one of these had in common
- They finished. Most people who say the routine did not work stopped between day 10 and day 14, during the peel, right before the change landed.
- They wore SPF every morning. Refining Crème or an equivalent. Unprotected skin makes new pigment faster than any product clears old pigment.
- They did not add anything. No extra acids, no second retinoid, no prescription products layered on top.
- They did not pick. The marks you see fading were not being re-created by new trauma.
What a result is not
A before-and-after is not a promise of your result. Skin varies, marks vary in age and depth, and consistency varies most of all. What these show is what the routine does when it is followed. Of clients who complete the full protocol as directed, 94% reach their skin goal by day 30. The other 6% either needed more time or needed the in-studio Restoration System for pigment that sits deeper than home care reaches efficiently.

Frequently asked questions
Are these photos edited?
No. Same lighting, no filters, no retouching, and every client gave permission to be shown.
How long did these take?
Where a timeframe is given, it is in the caption. Olive and Eryqa are 30 days. As a rule: visible change by day 3, most of it by day 14, and continued improvement over 8 to 12 weeks for older marks.
Will my results look like this?
If your marks are similar and you follow the routine as directed with daily SPF, the mechanism is the same. Depth, age of the marks and consistency decide how close.
Did they use the kit or come to the studio?
The products are the same either way. The studio adds supervision and stronger in-person treatment for skin that needs it. Several of these are home-routine results.
